Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
To be eligible for the exchange of the products you are returning must be:
Purchased within the last 7 days
Unworn, undamaged and unmarked
In their original condition and
In the original packaging or shoe box (we consider this part of the item).
Wanted does not accept returns after 7 days from the date of purchase.
Costs of return:
Any full priced items purchased within domestic Pakistan are eligible for a FREE return.
Sale items are not eligible for free returns, however can be sent back at your own expense.
Please ensure your Order ID Number is indicated on your parcel:
This can be found on your order confirmation email sent to you at the time you place your order.

Goods deemed as faulty:
The 007 SHOES Exchange Policy includes the rights you are entitled to under the Pakistan Consumer Law.
If you have received faulty goods, and the purchase was made within the 7-day return period please email or whatsapp us.
If your shoes have developed manufacturing faults after they have been worn, please contact our Customer Service Team via email at [email protected], or by phone on +92 307 7066 987 between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday (excluding public holidays).
007 HSOES may request photos of the fault claim prior to approving the return.
If the item is found to be faulty, 007 SHOES will repair, replace or exchange your order where appropriate.
007 SHOES have no refund policy
